FISHING
Lakeside lodges boast three established lakes. A fishing permit is provided for all guests,
but you will also need your own Environment Agency fishing licence too.

The lakes can be fished all year round; they are well stocked with Carp (common & mirror), Rudd, Roach and Bream.

Dawn till Dusk Fishing Only
Anyone found to be night fishing will be asked to leave their accommodation

All fishing tackle/ chairs etc to be moved from edge of the lake in the evening,
and when finished fishing -

Tents and bivvy's can be used, please remove when you have finished fishing

ï‚·Bread cannot to be used as bait, or thrown into the lake

ï‚·Barbless hooks only

ï‚·Size 12 hooks or smaller to be used

ï‚·All fish to be landed in landing nets

ï‚·All excess bait, and litter to be put in bins provided

ï‚·No keep nets

ï‚·Alarms/ Buzzers are not allowed

ï‚·Only 1 rod per angler
